Why do all plans have AI tools?
We believe every doctor and hospital should have access to clinical AI — regardless of size or budget. AI tools are credit-based, so you pay only for what you use. Bigger plans include more credits and add hospital-scale features like custom protocols and enterprise integrations.
What's an "AI credit"?
Each AI tool consumes a specific number of credits per call.
AI Senior Consultant = 9 credits.
AI Resident = 3 credits.
Differential or Treatment Plan = 5 credits.
Counseling Script = 2 credits.
Deep Reasoning = 15 credits.
Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance. When you exceed it, you pay ₹3 per additional credit.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Sign up for any plan, get 7 days of full access plus 50 trial credits. No credit card needed.
After 7 days, you'll be prompted to subscribe. You can buy additional credits even during trial.
Is ARICU compliant with Indian healthcare regulations?
Yes. DPDP Act 2023 compliant. All patient data stored on Indian servers (AWS Mumbai region). NABH-ready audit trail of every clinical action. We do not share or sell patient data.
Does AI replace my clinical judgment?
No. ARICU is decision support, not decision making. Every AI suggestion requires your review and approval. You are always the ordering physician of record.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account dashboard. No long-term contracts. Unused credits never expire while your subscription is active.
Can solo doctors use ARICU?
Yes. Essentials at ₹1,900/month is designed for individual doctors and small 1-2 bed setups. You get full access to all AI tools (pay-as-you-go at ₹3/credit), core ICU features, and email support.
Who built ARICU?
ARICU is built by Dr. Atul Rai, M.D. — a practicing intensivist in Hyderabad. He runs OM Hospital and built ARICU because he needed it in his own ICU. Doctor-built, doctor-tested, doctor-supported.
